You handle the fun parts of planning, and we step in to manage all logistics, timeline coordination, and day-of execution. Our job is to manage all the wedding day details for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT TIMELINE:  4-6 WEEKS OUT PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE

Wedding Day Management includes:

• (2) meetings (one initial and one final)

• Tailored communication leading up to your wedding

• Review of all design logistics for both ceremony and reception space

• Management of personal item placement at the wedding venue

• Detailed day-of timeline and event production schedule with necessary vendors and VIP’s

• Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

• Coordination & collaboration with venue staff

• Disbursement of final payments and gratuities.

• Event day support for up to 10 hours with the option to add on additional time
